Welcome!

Welcome to my new site, all about life with M.E. or Myalgic Encephalopathy. I've started this site just to put down in writing some of the things I've learnt about life with ME, and to have somewhere to write tips about living/coping with ME.

I'm going to ask all my friends to help me with the input of information to this site, so hopefully it'll become fairly comprehensive.

In a way, this site is one of the various techniques of suriving with ME without going entirely insane - always have projects to take your mind off the pain!
